Who can become a Marketing Partner?
Anyone aged 18 or over with an active WhatsApp number: employees, homemakers, students, retirees, community leaders, or property agents. Registration is free.
How much commission will I earn?
From IDR 5 million up to IDR 7 million for every unit sold through your referral, depending on the project and home type. (Sample — the official terms are shared once your registration is approved.)
When is the commission paid?
The commission is paid after the buyer you referred completes the credit agreement or the down payment, according to the terms. (Sample — adjust to the official policy.)
Do I need property sales experience?
No. We provide promotional materials (photos, videos, brochures, price lists) and our sales team follows up with prospective buyers. You only need to make the recommendation.
How do I register a prospective buyer?
Send the buyer’s name and WhatsApp number to our sales team and mention that you are a Marketing Partner. We will record the referral under your name and keep you updated.
